i still miss my old chang kee sotong head... cox on sat there was no sotong head in j8, so we only ate the taiwanese chic chop or sth. erm it was heavenly, apart from the hot pepper. then yesterday went to 6th ave to eat venesia!! haha! the run n raisin was good! ok not the best i've tried, but still good. nvr thot that asking someone out was that abrupt. it was juz one moment that i thot of asking, then the nxt instance he agreed! haha dunno why but i'm still amused. maybe in the past everything was pre-arranged, even going out juz for fun. oh wells, baq then i was in my house, so gotta obey rulez.
anyway, he brought another fren, justin. i think he muz have felt left out.. sorree!! ya all thx to simpson la! stupid mouth kept talking and talking... wad talk abt shooting stars.. wq n i ald branched out other things for justin to start talking, and yet he can continue talking aft justin gave some one-word ans. i've always said, there wont be any leng chang if simpson is there.

BOO! prelim pracs are over for me. i dun take fiziks, so haha, no prac for me on mon. but i guess i'll go baq for nat anthm though...

i screwed bits here and there of my prac! haiz.. but luckily titration was ok(i think) calculation-wise, shouldnt be any prob.. juz dat my presentation was erm.. kinda messy.. cant blame me cox i couldnt use correction tape!! sorry mrs chew if u r marking my pp.. too bad..
haiz.. so angry wif myself... think i muz be dreaming inside the lab.. din write full observations for a few QAs.. there goes my a1 chem prac...:( juz like wad rachael said.. gotta get 33/40 for MCQs and all a1s for structure essay qns to get total a1 for my chem... which is sadly one of the subjects i m relying on.. u noe rite, since my eng is so poor and my combined is... speechlessly lousy.
but i passed my social studies!! ok diz might not be anything worthy of celebrating but to me, itz some form of significance.

tell u abt the curry puff in old chang kee. i bought some(ya thx to wq) baq aft the meeting in bugis. then i sort of missed my dinner in bs. so halfway thru prep i, of cox, felt like eating sth.haha piggy la. then i (hehe) sort of asked from her. ok, below is my first hand account.
i thot the curry puff wasnt dat hot. it was so xiang!! and then of cox, 'addicted' to it aft the first bite. the insides were so soft and nice! fragrant! but it started getting hot.. and hotter.. and arr... my tongue felt like 2x itz size ald!! wq offered me h2o, but i said i will "jian chi dao di" so i didnt want. haha. and u PIG! she took a few shots of me in agony! tortured by the hotness of the curry puff!!
i want to go old chang kee again. u now, yesterday due to hurry, i din buy my sotong head... only bought for wq... nvr buy for myself... i'll go there again.

OMG! i juz got reminded of initial d again! haha.. aft all the superstar complaints.. i feel better.. the person who is using the com behind me is playing the initial d OST!! yay! initial d rocks my socks!

sadd... junyang is not in the competition anymore.. but anyway, i still think he sings well. i miss him on stage. hope he'll do well in other aspects of life then.
superstar to me has no more value anymore. wadever the results are, i wont be affected anymore, cox the biggest blow was dat junyang got out. i mean, i din feel anythg when derrick got out bcox junyang was still in. i was sadd bcox derrick got out, but still very happy cox junyang was still in. the positive and the negative simply cancelled each other. but now, therez nothing for me to cancel.
i dun think the way they arrange the comp is fair enough. i mean, itz ok to split the contestants into two groups based on their gender, but they have to merge them again at some point during the comp, and not juz the finals btn male and female. i mean, ok, say, they should merge the 6 finalists. then eliminate 2 each week, based on their performance. so wad if both being eliminated are of the same gender? it doesnt mean anything rite? in fact this is fairer. then the remaining ones will be of almost equal standard, and ppl can vote accordingly. they dont nid to choose btn junyang and weilian, nor do they nid to choose to eliminate xinhui or kelly. if both are gd enough, both stay for the finals then. rite? the finals need not be btn a guy and a gal rite?

i'm gonna speculate now. i propose my statement - they changed the end result. these are my evidences:
1. The pics stopped only AFT the music stopped. some may argue that it has been dat way all along. but no. all the while, the pics and the music stopped AT THE SAME TIME.
2. Notice that they showed THREE junyang's pics at one time, juz b4 the music stopped. for all i remember, this has NEVER happened when the music is about to stop. normally,we'll see pics alternating. the sight of 3pics of the same face indicates the result. the screen should NOT change aft diz. however, in this case, 3 junyang's pics were seen on the screen, and it stopped for almost one second, and right AFT the music stopped, the screen changed again! this really set me wondering whether the results have been tampered.
the above is juz my deductions on the results, not so much of accusations. but itz not right to tamper with the results for any reason. everyone deserves wad he deserves, so if the glory belongs to him, he should have it. itz honourable if u win sth based on your own hard work, but it is extremely despicable if u tamper with the results in favour of anybody, and deprive someone of the prize that should be his in the first place.

had a supercalifragelisticly bad sore throat diz morn!! i nearly couldnt resist the temptation of staying in the hostel and not going to skul.. but sigh.. good student like me will not pon skul one.. hehe..so i went to skul with extra heavy footsteps and of cox, the extra painful throat.

i really hope the last two remaining ppl r junyang and kelly. weilian i like ur singing too.. but u have to understand.

diz weekend was quite fruitful for me.

went out wif wq yesterday afternoon in view of studying together for prelims, or so we expected. haha of cox things wont turn out dat perfect, esp to me. we ate at yoshi in millenia walk, and headed for esplanade lib aft dat. liren called me when i was still in yoshi. wow. so unexpected to get a call fr somebody so great a student from poilam. haha. he asked abt the alumni gathering thing. wow he was like a *legend* or sth la.. aih... cant believe he had my contact...
and then we went to esplanade lib. the plc was soo soo cold!! itz like freezing!! zzzz.... as i was busy doing maths, diz woman came and told us off. she said wad, the lib adopted diz self studying policy, dat we cant study in the lib. i was like, wad de hell? cant study in the lib, then wadz a lib for rite? wells, nvm, then we went to the music section...it was fabulous!! so many many scores! scores dat i like! dat i want to play! haha.. but dun have lib card.. and nvr did we realize it was abt 1745.. the time i was supposed to meet them in city hall.

i suggested the gathering to be in marina sq.. but haha, none of us had been there b4! so rite, everyone had a *wonderful* time finding our way there! wq, xt, wh and i reached sakae first, and we took a plc for six. at first i thot only six.. then liren called and said dat he couldnt make it in time.. he'll meet us outside our boarding skul!! goodness! haha.. then cheechin and li yek came.. and mh came as well.. with the hamtaro!! haha thank you thankyou!! it was sooo cute!! i guess those who turned up for the gathering would rmb the day.. the day where everyone was running here and there in an unfamiliar plc.
we talked more than we ate.. so the bill turned out to be fifty plus.

and then the filming!! haha!! so cool!! our skul is having her 50th bday.. so cheechin suggested taking pic and send it baq to pl.. we chose the esplanade "i was here"! haha.. wq was our camera man.. we took photos ar first.. then took a video of ourselves and wad we wanted to say to poilam.. happy bday poilam!
i was so happy. dat was the first time we had gathering for pl alumni. i'll rmb dat.

went out today as well. to esplanade again. diz time was to watch concert. the theme was movie theme songs. they played phantom, memory, incredibles, star wars, disney theme songs, doraemon etc...
wah they were superb ok.. so glad dat i went... they blended very well as a band.. the soloists were simply.. too good!! my heart really melted when they played beauty and the beast and someday my prince will come.. there was this very good oboist, trumpeter, sax player and eupho player... the tbone was good too.. aiya the whole band of only 50 plus was simply too good for our band to learn from... oh man.. i really melted in the esplanade. memorable.

then moved to the colours of the bay. bought cotton candy.. haha and ate with wq. then we walked all the way down, as the sky darkened. many ppl were there, all waiting for the sun to set, and the fireworks to begin. of cox, i saw many couples.. i think most of them were couples.. and many scenes unsuitable for kids.. hehe... u noe.. hugging and kissing and kissing and hugging.. oh well...
then the sky was lit!! finally the long awaited fireworks! so pretty! i understood quite a few things at that instant.
sometimes we dun nid to hold tight to everything.. juz let go a bit, and u see the beauty within. juz like the fireworks. we watched fr a distance, and everything looked perfect! so pretty! but if we were to stand right beside the boats, they wont turn out dat nice.
and so i understood.

dad called me at 2345 last nite, saying dat he hoped to be the first to wish me hepi bdae..
then ks called too.. haha it was also near midnite..
meanwhile my fone kept vibrating.. msgs kept coming in... so touched dat ppl there still rmb my big day!
it was until 3 am dat i still get a msg...
then this morning.. got cards fr cat and mq..
then yao and marlene passed me this bag with my big name on it.. itz a water bottle!
thanks dad and ks for calling, likoon, cs, siowfung, yanzhen, and my dearest room8 christin for sending me such sweet msgs!!
and my dearest classmates! oh and i found 3 colour pens inside the water bottle! so surprised!
thank you thank you! you rmb dat i said i liked those pens, but din want to buy cox dun wan to waste $$!

yoz! finally back in where i come from! wad a sense of belonging...
the night ride was horrible.. i dun wish to talk much abt it...but i reached at 8 in the morn today! madness! and the bus started late.. oh wells..
went to moven peak with ks, lk,cs,emily,sf, evon, and ate chic chop. wanted sppaghetti at first, but couldnt find it in the menu..it was super filling.. and ks paid for my share.. haha so bad hor.. then we ate cake.. walao i was like super bloated la! then won evon in chai quan, so gotta eat one more piece.. luckily ks helped me finish half of it.. if not i cant even walk!

haha, auditions today was cute.. everyone did their best(i suppose) haha even if itz not true, who cares? the class came together at last. i put on the skirt christin lent me.. and guess what? it was so LOOSE! even aft i put on, aft i pulled it down to my butt, there'z still a lot of space! woohoo! i'm so skinny! dotz...
haish, dunno wad happened to all tagboards.. i realized not only mine.. the same thing happened to my frens' blogs with tagboard too.. wadz the world going on?? goodness...
now waiting for the tchrs to come back.. i want my application letter! i want approval! i think i'm such a nuisance to my dad.. lol.. cox he has to drive and phone here and there juz to get me my tix! wad de hell!! can those ppl dun go back on the same day as me? haha wad a selfish thought.
